Users, passwords, and settings are stored in Supabase — not in the app file. Any change you make here is instantly available to all devices.

You only need to re-upload to Netlify once — after first connecting Supabase — to embed the URL and key. After that, adding users, changing passwords, or updating settings never requires re-uploading.

Calendar Feed

Lets each user subscribe to their own inventory expiry dates in their phone's Calendar app. Requires deploying the calendar-feed Node.js app to your own hosting first, then pasting its URL below.

Inventory Backups

Every kitchen's full inventory history (active, consumed & discarded) is backed up automatically each night and kept for 30 days. Links below are scoped to the kitchen(s) you're assigned to.

Danger Zone

These actions permanently delete data for everyone, across all dates. This cannot be undone. Only use this to clear test/dummy data before going live, or for a genuine full reset.

Reset All Requests

Deletes every submitted requisition, approved and pending, from every date.

Reset All Inventory

Deletes every Frozen, Chilled & Dry inventory entry, including consumed/discarded history.

Supabase Setup

One-time setup

Free database that syncs all devices in real-time. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Create a Supabase project

Go to supabase.com → Sign up free → New project → name it kitchen-req → Create.

Run this SQL

Go to SQL Editor → New query → paste & run:

Get your keys

Project Settings → API → copy Project URL and anon public key.

Paste into Admin Panel

Admin Panel → Supabase Connection → paste both → Save & Connect → Test.

Then tap Sync to All Devices. Done.
